Return Window Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Condition Items must be unused. Opening the packaging to check fit is expected and perfectly fine.

What Qualifies for a Free Return We offer free returns primarily for fit issues. Whether the sizing wasn't clear enough in our listing or you ordered the wrong size yourself — we accept responsibility either way and will not charge you for the return.

Return Label In most cases we will provide a prepaid return label. In some situations based on your location, we may ask you to keep the item and issue a full refund or arrange an alternative resolution.

Refunds All approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving or approving your return.

Custom & Non-Standard Orders Orders for custom sizes not listed in our standard catalog are final sale and not eligible for return or refund. This will be clearly communicated before your custom order is confirmed.
